There are many activities for children and adults alike from Arty Party's at ChesterFest, including making and decorating bracelets, pencil cases and shoulder bags, the list is never ending!

ARTY PARTY'S CRAFT CABIN

The Cherry Tree is a family run fine food producer, based in the West Country. Since 1997, Cherry Tree has been dedicated to producing the highest quality Pickles, Chutneys and Preserves for you to indulge and enjoy.

THE CHERRY TREE

The family run business uses cows milk from the families dairy farm in Teesdale. They make eight different soft cheeses: Teesdale Blue, White Hilton, Teesdale Goat, Barney Brie, Doris, Allison's Garlic Special and the flavoured Teesdale Curd cheeses.

Bon Bons is a well established popular sweet shop located in Chester-leStreet, operating a stall at ChesterFest with your favourite traditional sweets.

At ChesterFest we will be welcoming the local Chester-le-Street library, a busy town centre library that provides a strong sense of community.

CHESTER-LE-STREET LIBRARY

1507 (Chester-Le-Street) Squadron is part of the Air Training Corps which is a national youth organisation for young people aged between 12 and 20 years of age. They will be attending ChesterFest to provide information about the range of activities they provide, including flying, gliding, shooting, adventure training, as well as gaining a variety of new skills and qualifications.

As well as the hot and cold drinks stall, the Salvation Army will also be operating a stall to raise awareness of what fantastic benefits they bring to the local community.The Salvation Army expresses its faith through charitable action by working at the heart of communities across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. They offer practical support and services to all who need them, regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

The Skills Academy Group offer apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeship programmes to local young people in Chester-Le-Street. 

They will be attending ChesterFest to promote the services they offer and provide information about the different apprenticeships they provide.

Townswomen’s Guilds is one of the largest women’s organisations in the UK, with around 550 Guilds and 20,000 members.
